Maria Koutroubi is an attorney at the Supreme Court, member of the Athens Bar Association, Accredited Mediator by the Ministry of Justice (2014) and Accredited Mediation Trainer (2015).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE She has been a lawyer since 1996 and a partner of "N. Koutroubis N. Dimitrolopoulos M. Koutroubis Law Firm " since 2008.

She has extensive judicial and advisory experience in civil and commercial law cases, with an emphasis on providing legal services to individuals and companies, particularly in real estate law, contract law and commercial law.

Over the years of her practice, she has acquired an expertise in property law with emphasis in advising domestic and foreign investors on a wide range of transactions and property management and development in Greece, combining diverse services that consist of real estate, legal, tax, all in a full package.

EDUCATION She is a graduate of the Athens Law School (1994) and holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom (1995).

She is an Accredited Mediator from the Ministry of Justice since 2014 and is included in the Public List of Accredited Mediators of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights (Registry No 227).

She has further specialized in Family Mediation at Mediation Training Center of Piraeus (2014), has been certified as a Mediator Trainer by "The International Mediation Consulting" (2015), has been certified as an Accredited International Online Mediator (2021) ), has been certified as Land Registry Mediator (2022) and is inscribed at the “Special Registry of Cadastral Mediators”. She has also followed Negotiation training and is a Certified Negotiator of the Academy of Professional Negotiators (2022).

She speaks excellent English and French.

She is married and mother of two children (20 and 18 years old) and a graduate of Athens College (1989).
